Project Overview:
This 2,600 sq. foot new construction house will be built at the end of a scenic cul-de-sac in Beach Haven West, featuring approximately 90' of bulkhead and fantastic waterfront views, with direct access to Barnegat Bay from the lagoon.
Objectives:
- Design and Construction Planning: Develop detailed architectural plans and construction timelines for a 2,600 sq. foot house, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations while maximizing both aesthetic appeal and functionaliy
- Waterfront Features and Accessibility: Incorporate approximately 90' of bulkhead into the design, focusing on enhancing waterfront views and providing safe, direct access to Barnegat Bay from the lagoon while considering environmental impact and sustainability.
- Cul-de-Sac Integration and Community Appeal: Ensure the house fits harmoniously within the scenic cul-de-sac of Beach Haven West, emphasizing landscaping and external design elements that promote community aesthetics and increase property value.
Scope of work:
The scope of work for the Modern Renovation project includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Site assessment and evaluation of the existing space.
- Architectural design and planning, incorporating contemporary design principles and functionality enhancements.
- Demolition and removal of existing structures, as necessary.
- Reconstruction and construction of new partitions, walls, and structural elements.
- Installation and upgrade of utilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and data infrastructure.
