Objectives:

1. Design an Open Concept Layout: Create a seamless flow between the kitchen, family, and dining areas to promote social interaction and make the most of the living space. Incorporate large windows and sliding glass doors that enhance natural light and provide stunning views of the lagoon and in-ground pool.
2. Incorporate Spacious and Functional Bedrooms: Ensure that each of the 5 bedrooms is designed for comfort and functionality, allowing for ample storage and privacy. Include thoughtful amenities, such as walk-in closets and easy access to the 3.5 bathrooms, to enhance the living experience.
3. Focus on Outdoor Integration and Aesthetics: Design outdoor spaces that connect with the surrounding lagoon and pool area, creating an inviting oasis for relaxation and entertainment. Use landscaping, patios, and lighting to complement the home’s architecture and extend the living area outdoors.

Scope of Work:

The scope of work for the Modern Renovation project includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Site assessment and evaluation of the existing space.
• Architectural design and planning, incorporating contemporary design principles and functionality enhancements.
• Demolition and removal of existing structures, as necessary.
• Reconstruction and construction of new partitions, walls, and structural elements.
• Installation and upgrade of utilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and data infrastructure.
